World of Warcraft Movie and Sam Raimi

Welcome on World of Warcraft power leveling. Today something awesome! Well, According to Ain’t It Cool News, World of Warcraft movie has director, which is Sam Raimi. I know him very well, from good, old “Evil Dead” movies and of course super hero trilogy about Spider-man. “At its core, Warcraft is a fantastic, action-packed story,” Raimi said in a official statement. This trilling news is also confirmed by Variety. Well, Mr. Raimi is planing to supervise the development of the World of Warcraft movie over the next years and to shoot it after he finishes Spider-Man 4, which is scheduled for 2011. From official news, I know that Legendary Pictures and Blizzard Entertainment are producing WoW movie, and Warner Brothers is taking all distributing stuff. From gossips I know that movie will be about “epic conflict between the Horde and the Alliance” – surprised?!
Well, it’s good that World of Warcraft movie will be probably better then movies like “Dungeon Siege” – Uwe Boll ugly and stupid movie! Sam Raimi is REAL and TRUE filmmaker, who know how to create great fantasy-monster movies. He will team up with Charles Roven’s Atlus production team – whose body of work includes The Dark Knight, Batman Begins and 12 Monkeys – for the live action film.

Well, I’m right after watching the Watchmans, so I could also consider Zack Snyder. It’s one of the best candidates with very good and entertaining movies like 300 or “Dawn of the Dead” – In my opinion scariest from all zombie horrors.

Warcraft Soft Drink

Welcome on World of Warcraft power leveling! Well, today nothing about Power leveling or stuff like that, but about new product from coca-cola company – fresh World of Warcraft Soft Drink! Personally I don’t like classic Mountain Dew, but this “special edition” ones, are quite tasty :). “Mountain Dew Game Fuel for World of Warcraft”. There are 2 flavors available, the cherry-citrus tang of Horde Red, or the smooth wild fruit taste of Alliance Blue.

Blue on is the best mmm, and is related to ALLIANCE! Well, I always playing as alliance character, so it’s nice coincidence. My brother prefer citrus flavor which is alright, but blue is the best and only. Anyway check out official commercial below!

(Official WoW Soft Drink Commercial)

Commercial is really awesome, probably best one of the best commercial related to games and stuff like that. Anyway these tasty drinks are available this summer, “when the unholy alliance between Mountain Dew and Blizzard hits store shelves.” Blah, blah, blah…Well, I hope they will release more these kind of products like Warhammer Online Soft Drink with smooth powder taste or Maple Story with sparkling maple taste mmm…or Lord of the Rings Online Sauron Juice lol…well, this is creepy ;)

Oh one more thing, World of Warcraft official drinks also come with in-game goodies for veterans and 14-day free trials for Noobies.

Visit again World of Warcraft power leveling and try out this delicious drink!

Warcraft Power Leveling – Guide 4

Welcome on another part of my World of Warcraft power leveling. Check it out

Angerclaw Mauler

There are two interesting monsters in Felwood – one of them is Angerclaw Mauler. These rotting bears are everywhere in Felwood. My favorite farming spot is north- east from Bloodvenom Post and is full of that bears. They drop a lot of vendor trash and Rugged Leather + Thick Leather very often. They are also quite friendly for farming. Maybe Felwood is unpleasant location but Angerclaws are really pleseant ;-)

Jadefire Run

Is good pace to farm, monsters are on 51-53 level – Satyrs like Jadefire Trickster and others, they drop Runcloth and some times Felcloth so its great place to farm some gold. The most powerful satyr in Felwood make their home in Jadefire Run, so exercise caution when adventuring in the area. They are very easy to kill so you shouldn’t have much problems – of course if you’ve got enough level.

Scarlet Spellbinder

Well, you can find there very interesting enemy, Scarlet Spellbinder > tower in the north not far away from Hearthglen. They drop Runecloth (around 34 % chance) but if you are lucky drop also special recipe like, Enchant Weapon which is quite expensive recipe. I like to farm money at this spot.

Stone Guardians

Another interesting enemy is called Stone Guardian and you can find them at Un’Goro Crater (be sure to go there only if you’ve got strong party anyway). They drop Guardian Stone (rate 1 to 5) which is worth around 10 gold.

Ok that’s all for now, I will probably add other guide next time, these one is only basic ;-)

Bradster biggest World of Warcraft fan in the world…

Welcome on World of Warcraft power leveling. Did you heard about player named Bradster who has 36 accounts in WoW?! Well this dude is really total WoW geek – he play on 11 computers simultaneously? Why he is doing such things? Well main reason is to invade Stormwind and Ironforge when they reach top level.. Bradster is also plaining to buy 36 copies of Wrath of the Lich King, spending around 1500 $. Down below you can check his desk with all computers.

Personally I’m not shocked because of money or stuff like that, but time. Precious time. In real life we’ve got only one life. Is it best way to spend his life, playing in WoW so much time, spending money for XX expansion? What about real life? I’m wondering, how he live actually, does he have girlfriend, dog or pet, family? It’s really sick. This guy should go to psychologist or something, it’s just sick to play so much.

Bradster! One character per race is max, please leave WoW for some time or you will be another victim of online addiction! He probably don’t know much about Chinese player Snowly or other people who died playing in WoW or EverQuest….that’s sad…

Warcraft Power Leveling – Guide 3

Welcome on World of Warcraft power leveling! Today another part of my small guide. So….

- Cobalt Dragons

Near Lake of Kel’Theril, you can enter a cave where Cobalt Dragons are, they are Elites from 56 to 58. They drop ( chance – 1 to 1000 ) Mature Dragon Sinew which is worth few hundred of gold, why is so expensive?Because Hunters use this item to get THE EPIC QUIVER [Ancient Sinew Wrapped Lamina] – 18 Slot BagQuiver that increases ranged attack speed by 15%. So if feel you are lucky boy ( or girl ) head to Dragons. Of course – great numbers of green items, are waiting for you….and GOLD

One more thing, they have 2% chance to drop – Great Arcane Protection Potion – Recipe – you can sell it for good amount of gold. If you would like to get rich while power leveling your character, these dragons are really cool.

- Frostmaul Giants

(Frostmaul Giant)

Another monster to farm is Frostmaul Giant in South Everlook ( Frostwhisper Gorge). Monster are about 59-60 level elites and heh there are strong, big and tough and can reap you into pieces but its worth trying. ;) 2,5% drop rate of Great Frost Protection Potion which is worth around 60 gold. Try it.

- Darkwhisper Gorge

If we are in Winterspring one place is very interesting – Darkwshisper Gorge ( down from Everlook. Now the targets are demons, yep i know its preety scary, to fight with this monstrosity, but if you are enough tough to fight 60 Elites or not so tough and going with friends, go there and make masacre – Hederine Slayer and Initate- slay and slay again. And now what is so interesting about them?EYE OF SHADOW! 200 gold to collect if you are in party ..you know sometimes you must share but dont worry its 1 % drop rate and LOTS of Felcloth, Runecloth, green items + blue items.

Warcraft Power Leveling – Guide 2

Welcome again, today my second part of my small guide for World of Warcraft power leveling.

- TANARIS Southsea Pirates

In Tanaris (eastern part) there is a small town of pirates, which is called Lost Rigger Cove ( you can get there trough short tunnel). Pirates have about 43-45 lvl and they aren’t hard to kill ( of course if you are high lvl). When one of them dies he will drop you Silk Cloth, Mageweave and silver ( you can really fast get nice amount of gold anyway). They also have high drop rate for purple and blue items.
It’s very popular place but there is nothing better then power leveling with Pirates ;).

- UN’GORO CRATER Devilsaurs

(Devilsaurs)
If you are skinner you will like Un’Goro Crater – its very good place for skinning- there are many skinnable mobs in here. The most interesting is Devilsaurs about 52-55 level – if you kill you will receive Devilsaur Leather (its worth 50 gold per stack). Those monsters patrol 6 paths around UG. If you have about 60 level you can fight solo with them. And one more thingy…Try to avoid Tyrant Devilsaurs – they have very unpleasant FEAR ability…you do want to be a corpse are you?(except Undeads ….)

- Lake of Kel’Theril

In this are you will encounter, lots of lvl 54-55 ghost around lake. Ghost like Anguished Highborne/Suffering Highborne. They are very easy to kill, and you can loot from them great numbers of green items, 1-9 of silver, and if you are lucky – some epic items. Its quite popular place to farm so watch out for other players ;)

i spent some time there as a Warlock and had a few levels, and one epic item – some kinda wand.

Warcraft Power Leveling – Guide 1

Hello friends i would like to add few words about leveling zones and interesting enemies for Warcraft power leveling. In World of Warcraft there is many places where you can find enemies weak and easy with nice experience points reward. First is my most beloved enemy type:

- Defias Trappers in Westfall

Well, yeah this dudes are really great for small powerleveling/farming. Trappers can be found very close to the eastern shore, they are very good to farm if you are around 12-13 level. You can earn some gold from Linen Cloth which is very valuable on all servers for WoW. Well, high level players are to busy in other parts of Azeroth – that’s why.
my favorite zone is probably:

- Stranglehorn Vale

Well all Stranglehorn Vale is quite interesting place with many cool monsters but i like most gold farming and power leveling near Crystalvein Mine, you can easy find this place heading east from Gurubashi Arena. In this Mine you can dig some resources and meet Basilisks. This enemies are around 43-44 level and they drop a lot of various vendor trash items, from time to time green and blue items. Place is really great but it’s hard to be alone there – it can be really crowded.

- AZSHARA and Highbornes

On the left – near the road – Azshara – Ashenvale. You will easily find very atractive enemy – Highborne Ghosts. Killing them is easy and they drop mageweave cloth, green items and sometimes blue items. They are really popular enemies, so be prepared for some competition ;-)

To be continued…

100,000 $ for World of Warcraft research

Welcome on Warcraft Power Leveling. You ever heard about Prof Nardi? Well according to gamepolitics.com, Prof. Bonnie Nardi of the University of California Irvine is now working on interesting science project about issue:
“Why American players go to greater lengths to mod the popular MMO than do Chinese World of Warcraft players”. For these scientific researches, Prof. Nardi received 100,000 $, which is quite nice amount of green paper hy hy. Anyway for serious.

She already spend some money for World of Warcraft and these are results
- black market World of Warcraft gold- $1,000.00 (lol i hope they won’t ban her from game..)
- powerful PC – $3,000.00
- pre-order Lich King Expansion – $39.99
- Burning Crusade Expansion – $29.99
- 12 month WoW subscription – $180.00
- WoW – $19.99 (wow is cheapest – only 19.99 $!)
- Strategy guide – $24.99
- Power leveling service – $250.00 (well cheap one probably)

TOTAL: $4,544.96

What about rest 95,000 $? Well I hope she give me for my subscription ;p

Prof. is also adding – “We are examining the many reasons for this disparity, including cultural and institutional factors. The vast majority of Chinese players are not ‘gold farmers’”. “They’re ordinary players like anyone. The media has blown that story out of all proportion. Many people think Chinese play for a job. They play for fun…”

Well i must stay focused on more information about that matter in the future. Maybe we don’t know everything about Chinese players and there are some that aren’t gold farmers? Time will tell.

Tell me please is this worth 100,000 $ grant?

Warcraft Power Leveling – Basics

Welcome again on World of Warcraft power leveling.
A few tips you should always remember when grinding:

1. Always remember bandages and food, grinding without any kind of healing equipment can be dangerous and silly.

2. Getting into big discussions/chats is always fun, and it definitely makes the grinding less boring, however it will slow you down. You can go from 40k/hour to 30k/hour just by having a conversation in the chat which doesn’t seem to take up a lot of time. Warcraft power leveling is much faster, when you are focusing, only on combat.

3. If you can’t stand to grind non-stop, just combine it with some questing to ease it up a little. Grinding can be boring so try to relax often.

4. If you go back to Iron Forge/Orgrimmar every half level to check Auction House, you will lose a lot of time with the traveling. Although u may have your hearthstone there, the trip back again will cost you a lot of time. That’s why you should play efficient, to don’t waste much time. If you want to check out Auction House, just create another character, travel to Ogrimmar or other place where is AH, check it and lot out. Now this character, can be best way to easily check out Auction House :-)

5. Always remember to sit your character at the nearest Inn when you log off, to gain rested time. In World of Warcraft, you can earn double amount of experience points, from rested time. Warcraft Power leveling is much easier then…

6. Well, you should turn on music while grind and powerleveling your character in World of Warcraft. Sometimes is very hard to play non-stop and grinding – that’s why you should look for ways, how to improve your game experience.
